Affordable Photo Booth RentalOn 30th of September 2017 we were a part of a very special event for Evelyn who was celebrating her 21st birthday with family and friends. We helped provide photography in a photo booth hire for about 80 people which included a selection of cousins, grandparents, family and close friends for Evelyn’s 21st birthday.

Most of the people in attendance were Evelyn’s friends and they were all in their 20s making for a night of fun music and laughter over the event. We had the entire event at the Calibar which the family rented out for the evening. This location is in Scoresby and it was extremely versatile for the needs of the party. With our affordable photo booth rental in Scoresby we often look for great venues like this!

This certainly was a family affair with many of the family members getting involved in the planning as well as a family friend that acted as a photographer for the entire event. Coordinating with the photographer as well as working with each one of the family members to get their suggestions into the party planning really made for a magical birthday event. It was everything that Evelyn was looking for and more!

We really enjoyed getting to know some the members of the family and working with them to plan out activities and create the theme for the evening. We couldn’t have predicted all the fun that we would all have in this room and with the process of coordinating the party. All of these items were captured with our photobooth rental in Scoresby.

The party also had a professional DJ that turn the entire place into a huge dance party by the end of the night. The DJ was called Protact DJ and he was a true professional taking a number of requests from the family members as well as all of the younger people in attendance. There was a varied amount of music that was both traditional as well as very contemporary. With hits that please just about everybody the dance floor was constantly packed throughout this event and there is likely some excellent pictures of everybody enjoying themselves out as they were dancing. The huge catalog of music as well as some of the latest hits that were available on the radio really got all the younger people moving through the party. The DJ likely didn’t miss a single request all night and was quite accommodating with getting any of the top items that people were asking for. He was extremely organised and set up the whole area staying organised and cleaning up very quickly. A true professional in the industry.

As well as including some fantastic music and photos there was a photo booth available on site. Many of the attendees enjoyed the Scoresby photo booth hire immensely. Lavish photo booths provided the photo booth on site and included a number of different props and backgrounds that guests really enjoyed getting creative with. Many of Evelyn’s friends pose together with her for her 21st birthday and they enjoyed playing with all of the different props so that they can create fun social media pictures and prints to remember the event. Lavish photo booths in Scoresby and their integration with social media accounts made sure that the entire event was trending during Evelyn’s 21st birthday.

One thing that we could not or predicted with the organisation of this event was a very traditional dance practice that took place. A number of family members got together and put on some traditional Greek music that even included Evelyn. This great celebration really showed her maturing and getting involved with the family to celebrate some of her heritage. The DJ absolutely loved seeing all of the traditional Greek dance moves and it felt like a very special moment that was all captured by the photographer. This was definitely one of our highlights of the birthday as organisers and seeing the smiles on every family members face during the dance really made the planning process worth it. It seems as though a few of Evelyn’s friends even joined in and learned a few of these traditional dance moves for themselves. A number of the family members even tried out the Scoresby photo booth hire after they were done dancing! These are the types of memories that are truly unforgettable with these types of events.

We also loved coordinating with the venue we have to give a big shout out to Vicky and Maria who were the fun and friendly staff members working at Calibar that night. They helped us with everything including set up, coordination and getting everything organised. If you are working at planning an event at Calibar you could not ask for better staff than these two. Vicki and Maria were with us each step of the way and were some the last people through the door at the end of the event. Their dedication and their commitment to customer service makes them true legends in the industry.

Everything went flawlessly from organising the photography booth in Scoresby, to the music and setting up and tearing down the photo booth over the course of the event. Working with the staff in coordinating with this venue was one of the easiest processes we have had in party planning and it was a great space to host a truly beautiful birthday for Evelyn and her family.

Nathan’s 30th Birthday October 28, 2017

We are extremely proud to be included with the celebration of Nathan’s 30th birthday as a birthday photo booth hire in Brighton. We were lucky to work with Nathan’s girlfriend Melva to organize the entire event for nearly 60 people. Melva wanted the data be extremely special for her boyfriend and we worked over several months planning out a party for all of Nathan’s close friends and family.

On the day of the event we coordinated almost every aspect of the party from the DJ, to the food, to the Photobooth in Brighton and even opening up in decorating the event space. This was going to be an unforgettable day for Nathan and the excitement was definitely in the air as soon as we got the space all set up.

Melva planned out everything from the decor to the food and we worked to assist with vendors that could get the job done as well as coordinate the day so that it took off without a hitch. Melva outlined a list of items that she wanted included that she thought that Nathan would really enjoy and we went to from there suggesting the best contractors from our list. Of course our quality photobooth hire in Brighton would cover the whole event. We loved working with the Bakers as well as a close family member to handle the process of arranging food for this event.

The food at this event was something that is well worth mentioning Melva mentioned that Nathan had a real sweet tooth and with a huge selection of macaroons and homemade delicious cupcakes, there was plenty of great treats to get into set up at the snacks table. Nathan’s close family member was able to create a huge range of cupcakes making sure that everyone was satisfied with a huge selection of dessert choices. We have actually never seen so many different types of cupcakes all in one place and our event coordinators were loving some of the flavor creations that were available as were the guests.

Most of the attendees of this event were in the high 20s and low 30s with almost every one of Nathan’s close friends and family in attendance. We helped with picking a few people up from the airport as well as coordinating transportation on the day of the event to make sure that everyone could enjoy themselves.

There were huge number of activities available apart from the deserts and getting everyone organized in the same space for the surprise birthday party. We helped to source a DJ so that the entire event could turn into a big dance party for Nathan. The DJ brought in his own sound equipment and a few lights to really transform the entire place into a club environment. Even though the space was a bar to begin with, we really help to transform the inside of it and play music that make them really loved.

Apart from the DJ there was also a lavish photo booth hire set up for guests to enjoy. We handled the setup for the full photobooth hire in Brighton. As soon as the club party popped off there were a number of people that made her way over to the photo booth to start taking some photos to really treasure the night. Nathan got into the photo booth with just about everyone at the party to take birthday photos with some of his favorite people. The photo booth and all of the props led to a fun activity for many people who were attending and the lavish photo booth connection to social media made sure that the party was trending for all of Nathan’s friends.

The photo booth also solve the problem of getting a professional photographer for the event. If people wanted to get great photos taken on professional equipment they could just go over to the photo booth and enjoy putting together some fun compilations throughout the night.

The venue we were very impressed with through the party as well. The main area for this party was The Deck in Brighton which is a club and lounge generally frequented on weekends. Nathan of the party booked out a section of the bar for the event and got their own private DJ and snack booth for the event. We managed to fit everything into the event space as well as coordinate with the space owner to make sure that the process of set up and tear down was easy for us and everyone involved. It even featured wonderful lighting for the Brighton Photobooth setup we had to offer.

The club owner also didn’t seem to mind with the DJ was playing and there were plenty of great deep house tracks as well as some early house hits from the 1990s up to the 2000s. It was a real throwback party and Nathan absolutely love the music because it was some of his favorite growing up. It was almost like a bit of a time warp helping Nathan to remember some of his teen years as well as his early 20s. We are so glad that we were able to source a DJ and a space that could really transform the night into a nice remembering of Nathan growing up.

We want to really thank everyone involved with the process of organizing this event including our staff members who help to make sure that the entire evening was a real success. Melva and Nathan seemed to have an excellent time and we are also glad that we were able to have fun at this event with you. You really made us feel like family and we would be happy to return for Nathan’s next birthday as well!

Melissa & Adeesha’s Wedding

We feel incredibly privileged to have been a part of Melissa and Adeesha’s wedding day on September 23, 2017. We were a few of the 150 total guests for this couple in their late 20s. Most of the family and friends who were invited, were in their 20s and 30s with a number of relatives coming in from out of state as well as a few even coming in from Sri Lanka.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful with an outdoor setting which took place just before 4 PM. There was nothing but lush greenery in this beautiful venue and we were all happy to witness this beautiful ceremony.

The Tatra reception on Mount Dandenong in Melbourne was absolutely spectacular. The organisers did a beautiful job creating a special colour palette with natural items and floral arrangements. The venue also has beautiful artwork, a marble bar and more.

The ballroom location from the gardens is very close to any of the on-site wedding ceremony locations. Guests could watch the ceremony and then reconvene to the ballroom quite easily, with spectacular views of the gardens where photos were being clicked, chandelier lighting as well as a full sound system and dance floor for the wedding reception. Without doubt, the guests were enjoying the romantic fireplace located in the main hall. The placement of the fireplace added a formal touch to this venue, making it outstanding.

There are acres of gardens available on the property, offering the perfect setting for spectacular views. The gardens throughout served as an excellent place for taking photographs and for holding the ceremony. With a permanent wedding arch in place and well-manicured outdoor spaces, it made for some absolutely stunning photos from the day.

Interior spaces were well lit with natural light and decorated with many fine details. Fresh floral arrangements were provided as well as a number of different glass mazes and candelabras. The food was delicious and the guests had a wonderful time as they experienced the ceremony.

The wedding was a very glamorous affair with a red-carpet style photo booth and extremely elegant tableware provided by the venue. The entire evening was very formal yet beautiful. This was a true celebration of family with the bride’s older brother as MC. He narrated different stories from their childhood. He was absolutely hilarious with the whole crowd laughing during his introductions.

All the vendors were amazing, as they all worked together as a team to make sure everything runs smoothly for the wedding and it is as special as the couple would want it to be.

Ferndara was responsible for the photos and videography. They hired a DJ playing a mixture of 90s POP/RnB as well as some traditional Sri Lankan songs for the parents. Lavish Photo Booths also provided a fun photo booth for the guests which was available at the reception. Guests seem to absolutely love having the ability to go into the booth and play around with fun props getting photos done at the event!

This is a wedding event that we won’t soon forget and it was an absolute pleasure to spend the day at this beautiful venue and in joining this family together.
